The pork tenderloin is washed with rice water, cut into thin slices, added with rice wine, and marinated in salt for 15 minutes. Take a container and add cornstarch and water and stir evenly, and put the marinated meat on the paddle.

Tips:
1 Pour enough rice wine and salt to marinate the meat slices to have the bottom taste. The paddle is used to prevent the meat slices from being dehydrated during the cooking process.
