Poached Pork Slices

Wash and prepare pork tenderloin and baby cabbage

Slice the pork loin, add salt, cooking wine, white pepper, starch and marinate for at least 10 minutes

Wash baby cabbage and cut into appropriate sections or strips, fry until broken and put in a large bowl

Boil water in a pot, add spicy sauce and salt to a boil

Then add the marinated meat slices and cook for about 3 minutes. The meat will turn white and ripe.

Put the pot into a large bowl of vegetables, add sesame pepper and chili noodles.

Bring the pot to a high heat, add cooking oil to the hot stick and when the smoke comes out, just start the pot and pour it into a bowl.
Tips:
1. I made my own spicy sauce. Spicy bean paste can be prepared according to your own preferences.
2. Supermarkets sell ready-made boiled fish seasonings, which saves time and effort.
