Pocket Tofu

Prepare the ingredients and chop the meat into puree. 4 slices of ginger shred, 2 slices mince.

Mix the light soy sauce, salt, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, chicken bouillon and meat mixture evenly.

Cut the tofu into 2 cm pieces.

Cut the tofu block from the middle again without cutting the bottom. Stuffed meat in the middle.

Put the oil in the pan, fry the tofu until golden brown, remove and strain the oil.

Wash the pot, fry the ginger shreds with a little oil, and add 1000 ml of water to the garlic to smell.

Dice the tomatoes and put them in the pan.

When you start the pan, put the broccoli and vegetables in it and cook for one minute or two minutes. Then sprinkle garlic leaves and chopped peanuts on it, and you can eat it beautifully.
Tips:
Add some crushed peanuts to increase the fragrance. Eating more vegetables is good, so I have a little more vegetable ratio.
