After eating pomegranate and seeing broccoli, I thought it would be beautiful to match them together. When I thought about it, pomegranate seeds were scattered on the broccoli. The broccoli was unstable on the smooth plate, so I planted them on the enoki mushrooms and looked very fond of them. Flammulina velutipes can inhibit the rise of blood sugar, lower cholesterol, and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Broccoli is rich in vitamin C and rich in minerals, which can delay aging. Pomegranate is rich in nutrients and has a strong antioxidant effect. The health-preserving and health-care effects of the combination of three good ingredients are more prominent.
