Popcorn

Put a little rapeseed oil and corn kernels in a large saucepan over medium heat, cover with a plate, shake constantly until everything pops, take out and set aside

Add corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt in a separate pot. Cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes until combined, add baking soda, stir and remove from the heat

Pour the prepared caramel on the popcorn, stir as much as possible, and then put it in the oven at 250 degrees and bake for 5 minutes

After taking it out, stir again and put it in the oven, repeat 2-3 times until each popcorn is covered with icing
