Prepare the ingredients

Rock sugar + water boiled into syrup for later use

Pour half a pot of water into the boiling pot, boil, then add the sago, turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the sago is completely transparent, rinse with cold water and filter for later use

Cut the mango in half and divide the pulp into two. 2/3 is used for beating, 1/3 is cut into small dices of the same size, and grapefruit is peeled and set aside.

Tips:
Here is a brief introduction to the sago that is cooked in this way. There are three main points:
1. The sago has a very good hair-rising property, so when you boil sago, you must have more water
2. When cooking sago on a low heat, stir it from time to time, or the sago will stick to the bottom of the pot.
3. When the sago has a little white core, turn off the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. The sago is completely transparent. Filter it with cold water.
