Pork and Radish Meatballs

1. Prepare ingredients: pork filling.

2. Chopped green onion and ginger, pepper powder (grind by yourself, the taste is more delicious)

3. Rub dry radish into silk and blanch it in a pot of boiling water.

4. Stir the pork stuffing with a little water, add the chopped green onion, ginger, pepper powder, sesame oil, chicken essence, and salt and mix well.

5. Beat in an egg and mix well.

6. Squeeze dry radish shreds and place them in the meat.

7. Add a little cornstarch.

8. Stir well.

9. Put oil in a nonstick pan, squeeze it into a ball shape with a spoon, and fry on medium heat.

10. Continue to fry the other side.

11. Golden yellow on both sides.

12. Prepare accessories: star anise, green onion and ginger.

13. Put a little oil in the pot, add star anise and sauté fragrant, then add sliced ginger and chopped green onion.

14. Add the fried meatballs.

15. Cook into the cooking wine, soy sauce.

16. Bring a little water to a boil and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

17. The broth dries slightly and turns off the heat.
