Pork Balls and Tofu Skin Soup
1.
Take a piece of tofu skin and soak it in cold water.
2.
Let it soak for about 3 minutes, and then it will be on the left side, then pick it up and drain it and set aside for later use.
3.
Use a meat grinder or manually break up the lean meat, you can add some fat to taste better. After the lean meat is minced, chop the ginger and garlic into minced pieces and stir together, add some salt, chicken essence, and light soy sauce.
4.
Bring the water to a boil and add the meatballs. After boiling again, cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes. At this time, it is basically OK~ Put the soaked tofu skin and cook for 5-8 minutes. Remember to add the right amount of salt and chicken essence during the process
5.
You can sprinkle some chopped green onions when you start the pot, it will feel more fresh and beautiful, of course, if you don't like eating green onions, you can leave it alone!
6.
Because the lard residue was boiled on the same day, I put it in the soup and boiled it together. If not, the soup directly cooked is also delicious!
Tips:
This is for two people. If there are many people in the family, the meat can be added up to 200-300g, and the tofu skins can be added to about 3 sheets~ Generally, when the soup is cooked, you can sprinkle some chopped green onions at the end, which will feel more fresh and beautiful. Of course, if you don’t like to eat green onions, you don’t need to add them! Adding some sesame oil to the soup will make a big difference! ~
