Pork Belly and Bamboo Shoots Stewed Chicken

Prepare the ingredients

First turn the pork belly and trim the oil inside the pork belly with scissors

Prepare green onions and ginger

Pork belly in a pot under cold water, add a little ginger slices, cover on high heat, boil, pick up and rinse

Tips:
1. There is a layer of mucous membrane on the pork belly, which must be cleaned;
2. I used live-killed fried chicken, so I didn't blanch the water. I started to skim the froth at a slight boiling point and left it until it was clear. You can also blanch it according to your preferences;
3. This soup is very delicious, no need to add any fresh seasonings.
