Pork Belly and Cabbage Stewed Vermicelli

Prepare the ingredients

Cut pork belly into small pieces

Stir the pork belly in a pot over medium and small heat to produce oil and yellow, add chopped green onion and sliced ginger and stir fry

Add soy sauce to improve color, pour in boiling water and bring to a boil, simmer on medium and low heat

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into small pieces

Stew the pork belly for 20 minutes, then add the scallops and boil for 6 minutes

Pour in Chinese cabbage and simmer for 6 minutes, add salt to taste, add minced garlic to taste
