Pork Belly and Chili Soy Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, wash the pork belly after cooking, and cut into thin slices

Cut the tofu into thick slices, peel the garlic and chop finely, wash the tempeh, remove and drain, wash and slice the chili

Heat the pan, pour the cooking oil, neatly arrange the tofu in the pan, fry on medium heat until both sides are browned, scoop it up and set aside

Pour the pork belly in the original pot and stir-fry to get the fat

Pour the tempeh and garlic into the pot and fry for a nice aroma

Pour in tofu and chili, stir-fry quickly evenly over high heat

Add soy sauce, salt, a little chicken powder, mix well and shovel it up
