Pork Belly and Lotus Seed Soup
1.
Boil the washed pork belly with green onion and ginger cooking wine. Here, the pork belly can be divided or cooked whole.
2.
To prepare lotus seeds, I use this eggplant with red skin, because the skin is not completely polished, and the color of the soup will be affected later. It is recommended to use white lotus seeds, the soup will look better.
3.
Blanch the pork belly and clean it.
4.
Divide into large pieces. Here you can cut it into small slices directly. I'm going to make other dishes, so I changed the knife after cooking.
5.
Put in the pot with the lotus seeds, green onion and ginger cooking wine, add green water.
6.
Start the pressure cooker beans program, I like to cook the pork belly to the point of rotten, so I chose this program, you can adjust the time according to your taste.
7.
Shred the cooked pork belly,
8.
Add the original soup, add seasonings, salt pepper and coriander, and then you can eat it.
Tips:
1. Pork belly blanching is more important. Adding green onion and ginger cooking wine can remove the fishy, or add some pepper and other spices to the blanching water. See if you like it. When really boiling the soup, use as little spice as possible. That's it.
2. You can also add yam lotus root to the soup in the past, which is very good.
