Pork Belly Soup with Red Date Vermicelli

Rub the pork belly with white vinegar and salt, add cooking wine in the pot, and boil the pepper in cold water.

Drain the boiled pork belly,

Cut pork belly into wide strips, vermicelli, red dates and Chinese wolfberry soaked in cold water.
