Pork Belly Stew with Potatoes

Cut the pork belly into small pieces.

Put it in a pot and blanch the water, rinse off the foam and drain the water.

Put the pork belly in a pot over a low heat and fry until the surface is slightly yellow.

Transfer the fried pork belly to a casserole, add bean paste, star anise, and cinnamon.
