Pork Belly Stew with Tofu

Ingredients: Braised pork belly, tofu, black fungus, yellow cabbage, green onion, ginger, soy sauce, red pepper chicken essence

Wash the yellow cabbage

Wash the ginger and green onions and cut into sections, wash and cut the red pepper

Braised pork belly slices

Soak the black fungus in warm water and rinse
