Pork Belly Sticky Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and let it stand for 2 hours. Dice the mushrooms and meat into the glutinous rice. Add salt, soy sauce and sugar and mix well.

Stuff the mixed glutinous rice into the cleaned pork belly, being careful not to fill it too much, about 6 to 7 minutes full.

Sew the mouth of the pork belly with yarn.

Soak the soft Yun beans and pork belly into the Gaozai pot, add water to submerge the pork belly.

Bring the high heat to a boil and continue for about 5 minutes. Turn to medium and low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool. Use chopsticks to poke the pork belly in.

Remove and cut in half, take the rice out of the pork belly and cut into strips.

Yundou soup with salt to taste
