Pork Belly with Assorted Mushrooms in Griddle

Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, eryngii mushrooms, pork belly, carrots, garlic sprouts.

Wash all kinds of ingredients, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, eryngii mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and cut into strips (the enoki and white jade mushrooms are not required, but we only need to cut them if we have children); cut the garlic sprouts into oblique sections.

Put less oil in the pot and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.

Stir-fry the pork belly until oily.

Cook the cooking wine to remove the fishy, then add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and sweet noodle sauce and fry until the color.

Then put the red radish into the stir fry to change the color.

Stir fry.

Add 1 bowl of water to a boil.

Spread the garlic sprouts on the bottom of the dry pot.

Move the ingredients in the wok into the dry pan and bring to a boil.
