Pork Belly with Potatoes

1. Pork belly, potatoes, green peppers and spare.

2. Wash and cut pork belly.

3. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

4. Blanch pork belly.

5. Heat the oil pan, add the blanched pork belly.

6. Stir-fry for a while and add sugar.

7. The meat is fried until slightly yellow on both sides.

8. Add the right amount of water, pepper, dried chili, bay leaves, ginger.

9. Add the dark soy sauce and wine and cook for ten minutes.

10. Add potato wedges and simmer for 20 minutes.

11. Add green chilies, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, and you can get out of the pan.
