Pork Bone Squid and Carrot Soup

Soak scallops in clear water.

Rinse the squid and soak it in clean water.

Cut the soaked squid with scissors (do not use a knife), first cut it horizontally, and then cut it vertically, so that it will not be tough when cooked.

Luo Zhi cut long thin strips.

Wash pig bones in blanching water.

Boil water in a casserole and add the blanched pork bones.

Bring to a boil and add the soaked scallops. After boiling, turn to medium-low heat for 40 minutes.

Add the radishes.

Add squid and cook until the radish is cooked and soft.

Finally, add salt and coriander to enhance the flavor.
Tips:
Don't put ginger in this soup, there is absolutely no fishy smell, putting ginger will lose the original taste.
