Pork Bun and White Bean Soup

Soak the big white beans in clear water one night in advance. Place the pork knuckles in a hot iron pan and broil the skin. Then scrape it with a knife and set aside after washing.

Put the hoof into the pot and cook first to get rid of the peculiar smell

Boil the white beans again to get rid of some beany flavor

Cut the hoof into small pieces

Add enough water to the pot, add the hoof, white beans, ginger slices, and Chinese pepper. Bring to a boil on high heat, then simmer slowly on low heat. When it is ready, add salt to taste
Tips:
Big white beans are rich in nutrients and easy to spoil. After they are cooked, eat them as soon as possible in a day or two.
