Pork Bun with Mushrooms

Mince pork lean meat.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and chop finely.

Soak the vermicelli softly and cut into sections for later use.

Add salt and light soy sauce to the minced meat.

Sprinkle in black pepper.

Pour in oyster sauce and cooking oil and stir well.

Pour shredded shiitake mushrooms and vermicelli, and stir evenly.
