Pork Carrot Fungus Pie

Add water to the flour to form a dough and let it sit for half an hour. Don't make the dough too hard.

Add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, eggs, sesame oil, white pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic to the pork filling and mix well.
