Pork Chop with Black Pepper Sauce

Wash pork chops

Pat loose with the back of a knife on both sides

Loose pork chops with baking soda and grab them for a few minutes

Until the pork chops are sticky

Add ginger, cooking wine, salt, sugar, a spoonful of light soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes

To marinate the pork chops, slice the onions and carrots, and cut the coriander into sections

Heat oil in another pot and cut pork chops, golden on both sides

Take a bowl and pour black pepper juice

Add light soy sauce and blend into juice

Pour the blended black pepper sauce into the pork chops
