Pork Chop with Black Pepper Sauce

1. Wash pork chops

2. Pat loose with the back of a knife on both sides

3. Loose pork chops with baking soda and grab them for a few minutes

4. Until the pork chops are sticky

5. Add ginger, cooking wine, salt, sugar, a spoonful of light soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
