Pork Dried for Summer Lazy Food
1.
Dice the pork into a food processor to puree or chop it with a knife. (The pork I used is a bit fat, so it won’t taste too dry, and of course it can be lean).
2.
Put the minced pork into a bowl and add appropriate amount of soy sauce and sugar.
3.
Stir evenly with chopsticks. Stir until it is sticky.
4.
Put the prepared mashed meat on the spread silicone oil paper, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and flatten the mashed meat with your hands.
5.
Use a rolling pin to roll it to a thickness of about 3mm.
6.
Put it in the baking dish, put it in the oven, and heat it up and down at 180°. After 10 minutes, take it out and brush it with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds (the white sesame seeds are gone at home, so I use black sesame seeds instead).
7.
Cover the top with another piece of silicone oil paper, turn the reverse side, continue to brush with honey, sprinkle with sesame seeds, heat up and down 180 °, continue to bake for 10 minutes, the four sides of the dried meat are tilted, and the moisture is almost dry.
8.
Take out the dried meat, cut into small pieces, and put it into an airtight jar.
