Pork Ears with Minced Garlic and Cucumber

Prepare materials.

Wash the cucumbers, smash them, and cut into chunks.

Cut the braised pork ears into strips.

Chop the garlic into finely chopped pieces.

Put the cucumber cubes, sliced pork ears, and minced garlic into a deeper basin and add salt.

Tips:
Don't put too much salt, because the pig ears you buy must be salty.
