Pork Floss

Cut a piece of pork into four or five pieces of the same size. Put cold water in the pot and cook. If it is done, you can easily pierce it through with a chopstick and it will be done. Wrap it loosely in plastic wrap like I did, (it’s more convenient to use a plastic wrap, there’s no plastic wrap at home), tap it in parallel with a rolling pin

Beat into a pie, you can see that the meat has been beaten to pieces

Then put it in the food processor and stir a few times, don't stir it for too long (it turns into powder after too long) I used it for about half a minute.

Stir the pork floss until this is enough, the finished picture.
