After washing the tenderloin and soaking in water for 30 minutes, cut it into pieces along the texture, not too small! Peel and cut carrots.

Boil the tenderloin and carrots with green onions and garlic over high heat. Remove the floating powder. A pressure cooker is even better. I use the enamel cast iron pot made by Mama's good product. The cooked food is healthier and more fragrant.

Then simmer for about 40 minutes in the Daewoo electric pottery stove. Don't worry~ let the cooked tenderloin and carrots cool for later use.
