Pork Floss

Mix vegetable oil and eggs. Beat evenly.

Beat the oil and egg liquid, sift into the flour, and add salt.

Roughly mix well.

I used chicken floss. Get ready.

Roughly tear the floss with your hands and put it in the mixed flour.

Knead into a ball.

Divide the dough into about 25g small noodles, reunion and put them in the baking pan

Squeeze it directly with your fingers, and the small dough will crack naturally, forming a 1cm thick dough.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds in the middle of the dough and compact lightly.

Preheat the oven in advance. Put the baking tray into the oven, middle level, upper and lower fire, 190 degrees. 15 minutes. Bake it, let it cool and keep it sealed.
Tips:
Just mix the dough evenly, don't over knead it.
The size of the biscuits can be adjusted according to personal preference.
The oven temperature is set according to the personal oven performance.
