Egg rolls, we call it egg lanterns here, are a traditional dish in this group of dishes. The finished egg skin is golden in color, and each root is shaped like gold bars. Every family will make it during the Chinese New Year. The traditional filling is minced pork. During the Chinese New Year, I made two flavors, one is minced pork, and the other is this flavor. The wonderful flavors of pork floss and salad dressing are combined with the crisp and refreshing cucumber. It's gone as soon as it's on the table. Fortunately, when I cut it, I ate the leftovers, otherwise I don't know what it tastes like.

3. Wash and cut the cucumber, remove the seeds and then cut into strips, knock the duck eggs into a bowl and beat evenly

Tips:

1. Using duck eggs to make egg skins is not easy to break. I use grass duck eggs. Generally, duck eggs have a strong smell. You can add a few drops of yellow wine to remove the smell when beating the egg liquid.
2. The roll should be as tight as possible
