Pork Floss Cucumber Omelet
1.
Cucumber and duck eggs
2.
Prepare pork floss and salad dressing
3.
Wash and cut the cucumber, remove the seeds and then cut into strips, knock the duck eggs into a bowl and beat evenly
4.
Heat a non-stick pan, smear a little oil, add a spoonful of egg liquid and use low heat until the egg liquid is solidified and then take it out (I made 2 egg skins for a large pot)
5.
After the egg skin is cool, add a cucumber strip, squeeze it into the salad dressing, and then add the pork floss
6.
Add another cucumber strip on top
7.
Cut diagonally after rolling
8.
Put it in the basin and decorate it with egg skin silk in the middle.
Tips:
1. Using duck eggs to make egg skins is not easy to break. I use grass duck eggs. Generally, duck eggs have a strong smell. You can add a few drops of yellow wine to remove the smell when beating the egg liquid.
2. The roll should be as tight as possible
