Pork Floss Rice Ball

Wash the rice and steam it in a pot. You can steam it in a rice cooker or use other methods. It is enough to steam it. The rice needs to be steamed softer, which is more delicious;

Add a little salt and a little white vinegar to the rice; stir well. I use white vinegar here, and there are sushi vinegar in the supermarket. It tastes better if you use that; if you don’t have it, you can leave it without vinegar;

Beat the egg liquid and fry it into egg skins in a pan;

Peel the cucumber and carrot into strips, and cut the egg skin into strips. Prepare the pork floss and seaweed;

Put on disposable gloves, grab a small piece of rice and squeeze it in your hand, and put a little pork floss on it. I made this floss by myself. If you want to see how it is done, you can read the post I posted yesterday;

Put some cucumber, carrot and egg skins into it;

Grab a little more rice and wrap the rice ball into a ball; hold a piece of seaweed at the bottom and sprinkle some pork floss on the top;

Soon, a small plate of rice balls was made, which could be decorated with egg skins. The cute ones are quite cute. Children who don’t like rice will eat a little of this rice ball.

Tips:
Cucumbers and carrots can also be cut into cubes, better to wrap them. Wearing disposable gloves when cooking rice balls will prevent your hands from sticking, which is a better shape.
