Pork Floss Rolls
1.
Weigh all the ingredients, cut the round ham slices in half, you can replace the low-gluten flour with high-gluten flour, the others are the same
2.
Mix all the flours, add the whole egg liquid and water, knead until a smooth dough, add butter, and knead until a large film is pulled out. It's amazing, and it can be kneaded like this for low gluten.
3.
Put it in a bowl and let it ferment in a warm place to 2.5 times its size
4.
Exhaust and knead well, roll out into a rectangle, squeeze the salad dressing, put on the pork
5.
Roll up (I rolled it thin...)
6.
Cut into six sections, put in a paper mold, and ferment to double the size in a warm and humid place
7.
Brush with whole egg mixture, put half a slice of ham, squeeze the salad dressing and put it into the preheated oven, middle layer, upper and lower heat, 165 degrees, about 20 minutes (adjust according to your own oven)
