I’m an authentic southerner, and I always hear that there is a pot of pork in the north that is very good. I want to try it today. I feel that it’s a bit like our southern sweet and sour pork tenderloin.

Pork in A Pot

1. Cut the tenderloin into thin slices, add the dark soy sauce, a little five-spice powder, salt, ginger, and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes

2. Sprinkle the tenderloin with dry starch and mix thoroughly

3. Add the prepared tenderloin to the wet starch for sizing

4. Fry in the pan until golden, remove and drain the oil

5. Apple peeled and sliced for later use

6. Fry the apple slices in the pan until golden, remove and drain the oil

7. Stir-fry the bell peppers until they are broken

8. Add water, sugar, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, cooking wine to make sweet and sour sauce, add a little wet starch to thicken

9. Pour in the tenderloin, apple slices, and sweet pepper to collect the dried juice, and it can be served

Tips:

If you have less flour to thicken, the dishes will look better
