Pork in A Pot

Prepare ingredients.

Put salt and cooking wine in the meat slices and stir well.

Soak the starch into a bowl, add water several times to make a thick paste, then hold it firmly for a while, then add a little oil to hold it evenly and set aside.

Put tomato sauce, white vinegar, sugar, 1 g of salt and 10 g of water in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
