Pork in A Pot
1.
Cut the pork spine into slices and pat with the back of a knife. The meat slices made in this way are more tender.
2.
After cutting, add water, salt, cooking wine, and stir in one direction.
3.
Add the starch and continue to stir evenly and hang the paste.
4.
Add water to the flour to make a paste, add some oil and mix well. Add oil to the pot to heat up, add the meat slices, and fry until golden brown and remove. Continue to heat the meat to make the meat more complex, so that the fried meat is tender on the outside.
5.
Put salt, sugar, white vinegar and tomato sauce in a bowl and stir well. Leave a small amount of base oil in the pot, pour the adjusted sweet and sour sauce and stir, add the sliced carrots and green onions, then pour the meat slices and stir evenly, and then take it out of the pot.
