Pork in A Pot

Cut the tenderloin into two-centimeter thick slices, put them in the starch paste and sizing, and all the pieces are set aside. Shred the side dishes.

Heat the pan with cool oil, heat it to 80% hot, add the tenderloin slices and fry.

Fry until golden brown, crisp and hard, remove and set aside.

Put a little base oil in the pan, add tomato sauce and sweet and sour bowl of sauce to fry, adjust the heat to add the tenderloin slices and the side dishes and stir-fry quickly, and take it out of the pan.

Sweet and sour, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
