Prepare ingredients.

Chop the minced meat more with a knife, the more minced the better.

Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced black pepper, and taste very fresh.

Mix the minced meat in one direction with force to increase the strength.

Lay a layer of fresh-keeping mold on the board, and then take half of the meat filling and put it on the fresh-keeping film. Cover with a layer of plastic wrap.

Roll the minced meat into a large patties about 2 mm thick.

Tips:
1. When rolling the minced meat, be sure not to roll the minced meat out of the plastic wrap. Be sure to roll the meat into the same thickness.
2. During the roasting process, the dried meat will roast a lot of soup, so you need to change another piece of tin foil.
3. It is best to have 20% fat in the meat filling, so that the baked meat is more fragrant and not dry.
