Pork Knuckle Ginger

Chop a few pieces of pig's trotter and put it in cold water. After boiling the water, blanch it for 2 minutes. Take it out and wash it with hot water.

Peel and cut ginger into large slices

Eggs cooked and peeled

Stir the ginger slices in a wok without oil for a while

The ginger slices are simmered until they are slightly dry, and then they are poured into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker with the trotters

Put the peeled eggs in

Add a bottle of diced sweet vinegar

Add a tablespoon of regular vinegar and some salt and shake well

Put the inner pot into the pot and close the lid

Timed for 30 minutes
