Pork Liver and Lean Pork and Mushroom Soup

Wash oyster mushrooms and set aside

Wash and slice pork liver and lean meat, add starch, sugar, salt, and oyster sauce, stir well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Heat up the wok, put a proper amount of cooking oil, fry the oyster mushrooms in the pan after the oil heats up until the oyster mushrooms become soft and stir-fry water, pour in boiling water, boil on high heat for about 5 minutes, add chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt to taste. Turn to medium heat and pour in the marinated meat slices. After 10 seconds, add the liver and boil for half a minute to turn off the heat.
Tips:
Pork liver is easier to cook than lean meat. In order to prevent the liver from getting too old, the lean meat should be removed first, followed by the liver.
