Pork Liver and Vegetable Congee

Soak pork liver slices in water and change the water twice

If there is a lot of blood, you can rinse once

Grab the ginger cooking wine cornstarch and marinate for 15 minutes

White rice and glutinous rice can be soaked in advance

Turn the high heat to a low heat

The rice grains are blooming, add carrots

Chopped green vegetables and shallots for later use

The porridge is boiled and sticky and put into the diced pork liver. I picked out the ginger. My child does not eat ginger. Pork liver will be cooked in a minute or two

Add the greens for a minute.

Add medlar chopped green onion, salt, sesame oil, pepper, and chicken powder before serving. The fragrant pork liver porridge is just fine. It's really delicious, and it's really good to supplement iron and blood.
Tips:
1. I have not blanched pig liver. I think it’s a bit awful to cook porridge after blanching.
2. Pork liver can't be cooked for too long, the taste is not good
3. Put the wolfberry green onion sesame oil seasoning when it is out of the pot
