1. Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched).

2. Wangchao (washed).

3. Ginger slices, dried chili, rock sugar.

4. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched ribs and stir fry with Wangchao.

5. Then, put the ginger slices and dried chilies, add some cooking wine and stir fry.
