Pork Ribs

Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched).

Wangchao (washed).
3.
Ginger slices, dried chili, rock sugar.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched ribs and stir fry with Wangchao.

Then, put the ginger slices and dried chilies, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of salt, soy sauce, and rock sugar.

Season to a boil.

Finally, cook until the soup thickens and serve.
