Pork Ribs and Glutinous Rice Congee

Rinse the ribs with water.

Put 1000ml of water into the pot.

Soak the glutinous rice in water for 30 minutes.

Cut celery into small pieces.

Bring the pot to a boil and use a spoon to skim any foam on the surface.

Turn the lid to low heat and cook for 50 minutes.

Put in the soaked glutinous rice.

Cover and continue to simmer for 40 minutes.
