Pork Ribs and Sticky Rice

The ribs are marinated in advance with seasoning, and add the right amount of onion, ginger, and garlic to taste! I marinated and put it in the refrigerator one night in advance, so it's better to taste a bit longer!

The glutinous rice is also soaked one night in advance

Remove the green onion, ginger and garlic from the ribs, and mix the ribs with glutinous rice. Because the sauce has salt, I didn't add any extra salt. If the color is light after mixing, add soy sauce and mix well!

Isolate the pressure cooker for 30 minutes!

Tips:
According to the draught of glutinous rice, you should pour the water out before mixing in the ribs. If you don't want steamed rice, the rice will be thin!
