Pork Ribs and Winter Melon Soup

Wash the waxed ribs and cut into sections for later use.

Pour into a saucepan, add two teaspoons of cooking wine, green onions, sliced ginger, and two teaspoons of cooking wine to boil over high heat.

Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces for later use.
4.
Change to medium heat and simmer for an hour.
5.
Pour the winter melon.
6.
Cook the winter melon thoroughly, add a teaspoon and a half salt, and a half teaspoon chicken powder to taste.
