Pork Ribs Braised Dried Beans

Soak the dried beans one hour in advance.

Add cooking wine to the pork ribs and blanch the green onion and ginger.

Heat up the pan, add the green onion, ginger, star anise, and fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry and add cinnamon and bay leaves evenly.

Add cooking wine.

Add light soy sauce, soy sauce.
