Pork Ribs Braised Pumpkin

Prepare ingredients.

Boil the ribs to remove blood water, rinse with cold water, and control the moisture for later use. Wash the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.

Stir-fry rock sugar with hot oil in a wok until it melts and turns dark red.

Pour in the ribs and stir-fry until they are all colored.

In order to make the color darker and better, pour a small amount of soy sauce and stir fry.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, cinnamon and stir fry

Pour in two large bowls of water, cover the pot and start simmering on high heat for 10 minutes and then turn to low heat for 30 minutes.

At this point, the ribs are basically cooked, pour in the pumpkin pieces, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.

Tips:
1. Step five that doesn't like heavy color can be omitted.
2. Pork ribs must be blanched, there is a lot of blood foam.
3. There is no need to remove the pumpkin skin, as long as it is cleaned, it is very nutritious and easy to ripen.
