Pork Ribs Congee

Weigh half of ordinary rice and red japonica rice for use.

Put it in a container and wash it clean.

Wash and chop the chives and set aside.

Wash the ribs and soak them in clean water for about an hour to remove the blood, or boil them in a pot and drain them for later use.

Put the washed two kinds of rice into the pot, add enough water, and boil on high heat.

Add salt and chicken essence when cooked.
