Pork Ribs Hot Pot

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil again. Do not add cold water. Then transfer to the casserole and simmer for 90 minutes. Finally, before putting it in the small hot pot, there is a step that must not be saved. The rows of pieces are clipped out, and the soup at the bottom of the pot is filtered with a fine mesh colander. Because there are too many seasoning residues in the soup, it won't look good if it is not filtered. It is easy to get prickly ash in the green leaves when eating.
