Pork Ribs Papaya Crucian Fish Soup
1.
Ribs, red dates, wolfberry, wash well.
2.
Add half a pot of water to the casserole, pour the ribs, red dates, and goji berries.
3.
Simmer on high heat for 15 minutes, turn to medium heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, add papaya, and continue to simmer.
4.
When the soup is stewed, wash the crucian carp, put a little salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.
5.
Add oil to the fryer, add the crucian carp and fry it until fragrant (I just need to fry other food today, so I will fry the fish too. Usually, you can fry it on both sides and fry it on both sides).
6.
When the soup is almost simmering, add the fried crucian carp, turn to high heat and cook for ten minutes.
7.
The soup becomes milky white and very beautiful. Add some salt and you can drink it.
8.
After the soup is boiled, it is recommended to remove the fish whole, and don't mess it up, because it is not safe for bones to fall into the soup. This fish is dipped in soy sauce and it's still very fresh!
9.
My kids like to eat soup ribs and papaya most, and they are all gone.
Tips:
Add lean meat and cook together, the soup will be more delicious. I just bought the ribs today, so I will put the ribs. Especially delicious.
