Pork Ribs Rice Noodle Claypot

I brought a lot of cured pork ribs at home, so I used it. It's especially fragrant. If you don’t have one, just use regular ribs.

Fill the pot with water, add the washed ribs to blanch water, boil and drain the water for later use

I happen to have spinach at home, any other vegetables will do

The rice noodles are different, and the time to soak is different. I bought the one online and soaked for a while.

Ginger and garlic, don’t need to cut too much, just a little bit bigger

I use this kind of hot pot base. Generally, supermarkets sell it without a specific brand.

In order to save cooking time and gas, I cook all the soup and ribs in an electric pressure cooker, so that the cooked ribs will be warmer. Press the cooking button, about 20 minutes after cooking. Simmer for a while

After cooking, pour it into a boiling pot, add appropriate amount of salt, and season with chicken powder. [If it is cured pork ribs, pay attention to the salty soy sauce and hot pot bottoms. Fresh pork ribs should be more appropriate.]

After the soup is boiled, add the rice noodles and cook for three to four minutes.
