Pork Ribs, Seaweed and Taro Soup

Soak the seaweed in advance and cut into silk.

Soak the ribs for 30 minutes to remove the blood and remove them.

Wash the taro.

Add water to the pot, add sliced ginger and pepper.

Tips:
After the soup is boiled, remember to turn off the fire, otherwise the ribs have not burnt and the soup is gone.
